Hey there, I'm Kyle

It all started as a love of organizing & planning ahead - from rearranging my kitchen cabinets, to fun-filled events! My goal is to create a personalized experience for each & every client, all the while adding the extra. After all, we all have something to celebrate.

So who am I? I grew up in a small town in Connecticut before venturing off to Boston for college. Fast-forward to over a decade later, I’m still here in the city I love. My background is non-traditional in the events world. While I worked in the service industry through high school & college including catering gigs, I spent a decade working in non-profit administration before deciding to combine my love for logistics, creativity, and project management to create Extra Kyle Events. I’m a proud Northeastern alum (go Huskies!) & received my Masters in Public Administration from Suffolk University.

Event planning is truly my passion. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been helping family and friends plan their big events. I’ve become the go-to for bachelorette & birthday parties. I’m a firm believer that no detail is too small & no idea is too large (or should we say too extra?). The best way for me to create a unique event that is authentic to you, is to get to know you personally. My goal is for all aspects of your celebration to look & feel like you!


In my spare time, you might catch me walking my dog around Southie or in spin class, reading a book at home, drinking a spicy margarita, or shopping for the perfect pair of shoes.
